Because of the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for Sleepmatterzzz® Pillows, Universal and Heavy Duty cushion covers, or any medical product that has been used and taken out of its original packaging. This also means that we do not accept exchanges on the products listed above.
Custom made items are also non-returnable and state so in the product description.
Return Instructions: Box up the item in original packaging and send it to the address below. Please include a letter that briefly describes your reason for the return.
